ProTrackFit ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 of India.

1. Information We Collect

For Coaches: We collect your name, email address, password, and payment information (processed securely via Razorpay). We also collect data regarding your coaching business to provide our dashboard services.

For Clients: If a coach adds you to their roster, we process your phone number (for WhatsApp integration), target macros, weight logs, and food logs. Coaches are the Data Fiduciaries for this information, and we act as a Data Processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our application.
• To process client food logs and weight entries via AI securely.
• To send you administrative or account-related communications.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Analytics and Third-Party Tracking

We believe in absolute privacy. ProTrackFit does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, or any third-party marketing trackers on our dashboard. Your data is not sold or shared with advertising networks.

4. Third-Party Processors

To operate our service, we use the following verified processors:

• Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API): For delivering and receiving bot messages.
• Google Gemini / External LLMs: For extracting macros from text. Note: No PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is sent to AI models, only the food text log.
• Razorpay: For processing subscription payments.

5. Your Data Principal Rights (DPDPA 2023)

Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to access, correct, erase, or nominate a representative for your personal data. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact our Grievance Officer.
